Every version of me — the helper, the hustler, the healer — carried the same truth:
I was always called to turn survival into soul work — the kind that rebuilds you from the inside out.
From anonymous advice columns at 12 to global coaching in my 30s,
I’ve been planting seeds for decades — even when I didn’t know what I was growing.
🌱 Buried isn’t broken. It’s planted.
I didn’t start with a certificate — just curiosity and a cracked-open heart.
At twelve, I wrote advice columns for kids asking questions adults were too busy to hear.
At eighteen, I built a life planner because structure helped me breathe through early wounds I couldn’t yet name.
In my twenties, I led HR and Operations for a small, mission-driven nonprofit that gave everything for the cause — often at its own expense.
That’s where I learned: efficiency without soul fractures trust.
So I rebuilt our systems with both — creating structures that honored people as much as performance.
Budgets balanced, burnout lowered, and care became part of how we operated — not an afterthought.
That experience shaped Soulfull Wellness, a coaching practice and digital sanctuary that reached over 25,000 people across continents.
Through meditation, self-awareness, and radical acts of soul care, I guided 400+ founders, creatives, and healing humans — helping them realign soul and self, and begin the journey back to trust.
That’s where I learned that soul sustains the work.
Every conversation felt like soul CPR — helping people see, express, and know themselves again, sometimes for the first time.
Later, as VP of People & Culture for a global company, I saw the power of clarity and connection firsthand.
When teams stretch across countries and cultures, empathy alone isn’t enough — structure has to hold the care.
So I led a redesign of communication, leadership, and DEI systems that made belonging measurable and real.
Engagement rose, turnover slowed, and collaboration started to feel even more human.
Every chapter led me back to the same truth:
When soul and systems meet, people don’t just function — they flourish.
I didn’t build this work from perfection — I built it from the middle of my own becoming.
There was a season when everything looked aligned — the calm, the career, the credentials —
but I was still holding my breath, managing peace instead of living it.
That’s when I learned the difference between maintaining balance and being supported by your own life.
So I began to simplify — to live more honestly with what I had, what I needed, and what no longer fit.
I started spending with soul, saving with intention, and investing in what restored me.
My credit score rose, my net worth grew, and so did my sense of alignment.
That healing created overflow — stronger boundaries, deeper relationships, and a calling that finally integrated my old skill set with my true purpose.
Now, I carry the proof: peace and prosperity can coexist.
Healing needs structure. Structure needs self-trust.
One without the other doesn’t hold.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new —
it’s about healing the root and tending to what helps you grow.
Today, I’m Kiana Lee — a Soul Coach + Life Strategist helping leaders, creatives, and changemakers build rooted lives that honor their healing and sustain their growth.
I bring both halves of what I’ve lived:
the strategist who builds systems that hold real life,
and the soul coach who helps you trust yourself enough to live inside them.
When we work together, we don’t rush to fix — we pause to listen.
To your body. Your beliefs. Your boundaries.
We follow what feels true, then design the structures that let it stay.
Our work is steady — practical and sacred all at once.
We reconnect what’s been scattered and simplify what’s heavy.
We build systems that honor your capacity instead of competing with it.
Heal the root. Prune what’s not yours to carry.
Water your mind with love and intention.
Nurture your soil with grace.
Let your soul reach for the warmth of its own sun.
You don’t need another reset — you need roots.
We’ll nurture what’s still alive in you,
and compost what’s done,
so your life becomes a home for the wholeness you already are.
If this work speaks to you, I’d love to connect.
Begin where your soul says yes — pick the next step that fits your season.
